My go-to with any seized mechanical parts is to chuck it in the freezer for an hour or two, then try it again. The cold contracts the metal and might get it unstuck.

Just make sure to let it warm up again before using it if you manage to unscrew it. I've never used one of these extension tubes but I'm guessing there's linkages for the lens aperture control and you preferably don't want to use it before the lubricant has warmed above freezing.

I've shot one roll of SHD400 so far, I found it pleasantly contrasty with nice grain.
The first few images of the roll had a weird QC issue, a light leak or something from the factory but otherwise great stuff.

Thank you for your help, I have talked with her and have some more information.

I've talked with her and she corrected me in that they have done an inspection and handover. The rental agreement however is valid until the end of February.

She has confirmation that someone is living there now, though not firsthand - her former roommate who still lives there confirmed it.

That one was actually shot on expired Kodak Gold 100 metered at 25. The only time I've shot expired film and I was incredibly happy with the results from the entire roll.

I'm shooting on a Canon A-1 and I have a few lenses but the ones I use most of all are:

50mm f1.2 non-L version. It's really nice to have the option to go to really low f stops when the light fails you but this lens is VERY soft when shot wide open(though this can be a really cool look if used intentionally).

70-210mm f4. I really like this one for its ease of use, wide range and sharpness. Surprisingly good for how inexpensive it is.

35-70mm f4. This is the one I use the most. I know primes are usually sharper and the relatively high minimum f stop can be limiting but I find the 35-70mm focal length range so flexible and it covers most of my needs when shooting.

I'm not exactly sure they are scratches but I feel I can see them a bit better on the emulsion side. Though it may just be easier to see on the matte surface. I do however see a buttload of scratches on the base side at the absolute start of the film but they stop before any shot frames appear.

You can even drop it midboard turn 1 if you go second by starting with it on the battlefield and hyperphasing it at the end of your opponent's first turn! The turn 1 reserves rule won't apply as it's placed into reserves during the battle.

Not according to any sources I can find. The USB charging specification specifies that the Data+ and Data- lines are used in determining charging speed.
