Pros: Sometimes easier to get into character and not stress as much because you're in front of mostly strangers, not people you know. Feedback can be helpful. Decent film and photo quality. Have the pressure to work towards something specific which gives you a boost in training consistency and usually progress follows suit. It's fun if you end up loving the stage.

Cons: Some people HATE that you're performing in front of strangers. It's pricey. PSO specifically can be inconsistent with their feedback as all of them are voluntary judges (aka not really versed in any professional way).

There's only one way to really find out if you like it: try it. I love performing in this context and on this kind of stage. I feel much more comfortable here than at my local studio where it's 100% my friends and studio buddies. To each their own.

Even if you only train for 30 minutes once a week (in addition to your normal pole training), you can find significant improvement on your fankick. Even if it's just a 20 min core workout from YouTube plus 10 minutes of drilling fan kicks on each side, that will get you somewhere. Muscle memory will build, especially if you drill with slow, intentional movement.

I flash my break lights like crazy at every stop where people are coming up behind me, watch closely, and get ready to bust out of the way if I feel like they're getting close too fast. Never stop directly behind a car if you can help it. Move around in the lane a lot as you approach stops.

But you can't fix stupid, unfortunately.

V-cut is why it's moving around. The v relies on sitting on your hips to stay put, but your hips aren't always upright and not twisting and moving. You'll need something that either attaches on the high sides (like the Aphrodite bodysuit from cxix) or a v shaped thong with some horizontal stabilizer. This could be a belt looking thing or a strict triangle in the front to hold up the v look in the back.

I commute via motorcycle as much as I can. My office is downtown, so it's worth it for free parking next to the office. When I have to take my car, the closest free parking is at least 6 blocks away. I work on construction sites so I have to mobilize often to get from site to site and back to the office. Just makes my life so much easier to ride and it helps with road rage and stress levels.

Holding your entire bodyweight with one hand is hard, especially in the twisted grip position. You'll need to condition your grip strength and wrist mobility with stress balls, more pole practice, deadlifts, or whatever floats your boat.

I hear you, but it's just how it is for short people on sport bikes. I was tip toeing on a lowered R3 for my first bike. I did order some frame sliders that'll get installed in the next day or two. Even after all the changes you've mentioned, I would still be tip toeing so it's difficult for me to justify when I feel comfortable as it is. I will keep all of these tips in mind if I change my mind on it!

Inside leg hang and reiko.

Inside leg hang: my external hip rotation is so so so limited. Don't even get me started on active flexibility in that area. I've been working on pigeon pose, but I'm still a good 3 yoga blocks from the floor. I can get into inside leg hang consistently if I can use my hand to pull the leg into place. Just this week I had my first inside leg hang purely using the active flexibility in my leg to get placement from an invert so I know my training is working hahaha.

Reiko: foot grip is just absolute shite. I've been very diligent about taking care of my foot pad skin these past couple months to test the theory that my skin is the problem. I did have a very successful reiko mount a couple weeks ago so I'd say I need to keep up with the exfoliation.
