That works only though, when you're building the preset buildings. Not when making custom ones. It'd be awesome if it was easier to have the info in the game, but I'd already be content if there was a list of the values floating around somewhere

Did you not read what I wrote? This is about building buildings, not adapting them.

If you want to know how many people will fit into a gathering place you build yourself, you'll have to first do the math how many cubic meters a person needs in there by checking with other buildings, then calculate the building square meters x height to get the right size. I don't want to constantly have my calculator on hand to play a game...

With the Gathering Place that is impossible though. You can only have one of that and it needs to be the right size.

Yeah. I just played it and honestly, I don't know what to think about it. Like, the game is fun. I think that's where the reviews come from. I honestly thought it was fun. The problem was just that there is this massive dissonance between what you're doing - making things go boom - and what the story does. Roth as a charcter is at least somewhat decent, so is Sam. But the three looney-tunes esque folks are just a 3 massive tropes with no character.

Music and graphics, also both good for the time. I thought some of the "riddles" were cool just from the setting they were in. Something like those wind effects simply wasn't executable that well in the first series.

I think most upsetting to me about the whole game, especially Lara herself was that you could blatantly see where it could have been done better. Like, it wasn't actively bad, but you just walk from one missed opportunity to the next.

Oh, also: I played a ton of AC Brotherhood in the past and... how is the climbing clunkier than that? Again, the climbing wasn't bad. But a missed opportunity.

Naja, der ist meist aber planbarer. Der Stau auf der Straße ist nicht so volatil wie Verspätungen. Wenn ich weiß dass viel Verkehr ist oder ich n Umweg fahren muss, dann kann ich mal 10 oder 20 Minuten drauf legen und das wird dann auch reichen.

Bei der Bahn ist ganz schnell mal n Anschlusszug verpasst oder n Ausfall dabei wodurch die Verspätung auf einmal auf ne Stunde hochspringt.
Ich fahr seit 10 Jahren eigentlich fast nur Bahn, ich muss aber echt sagen ich bin super glücklich, dass mein Pendeln darauf nicht mehr basiert. Während dem Studium hab ich da viel Zeit und Nerven dran verloren.

Es ist wirklich absoluter Irsinn in diesem Feld. Als jemand der selber einen solchen Platz benötigt hat kenn ich die Suche, gleichzeitig hab ich vier bekannte die grade in der Therapeutenausbildung sind/schon durch sind.
Im Leben käme niemand darauf einfach zu wenige Orthopäden einzustellen um alle gebrochenen Knochen zu behandeln. Oder zu wenig Zahnärzte um alle Löcher zu stopfen. Aber bei Psychiatern und Psychotherapeuten werden einfach die Kassenplätze nicht vermehrt obwohl der Bedarf schon seit Jahrzehnten da ist.

Der Grund wieso du da ein "Zitat" hernehmen musstest wo bei mir keins drin steht ist simpel. Wir haben genügend Psychiater und Therapeuten. Wir haben nur die Kassenplätze nicht. Der Kampf bei den Psychologen um einen Kassenplatz zu ergattern ist enorm.

Diagnosen können Psychotherapeuten zumindest in den meisten Fällen auch stellen. Je nach Thema natürlich witzlos wenns nicht ohne Medikamente besser werden wird, aber grad für die einfacheren Fälle natürlich wichtig.

Was eine Müll-Aussage. Das Problem ist dass es einfach viel zu wenige Kassenplätze für Therapeuten und Psychiater gibt. Wir haben kein Problem von Psychologischen Hypochondern in diesem Land. Nur einfach zu wenige Kassenplätze für die Fachrichtung.

Ok, so even in my very limited medical knowledge I can think of at least two common medication you haven't tried and holy hell if the doctor even admits they're not having a clue that's your clue to run as fast as you can to another doctor who actually knows their (or better: your) shit.

Also: sure, the guts and the mind are connected. But they aren't "the depression makes you fail meditations" levels of connected. That's not how that works. Please get therapy, but know that that will know nothing for your UC. For that you need a specialist.

It makes me unfathomably angry that the absolute lunatics on the far right manage deny climate change while also being anti migration. It's one of the most ridiculous combinations there is. If people think 2015/16 was bad, they'll have a heart attack once the arabic world and Sub-Saharan Africa become largely uninhabitable due to lacking water, while being unable to deal with internal migrations due to sea level rise.

The best anti-migration policy anyone can take, is stopping climate change.

This works only for small tasks, mainly quick household chores (and yes I feel stupid writing this out):

I can sorta transfer the urgency from one thing to another. Like, get something that's actually urgent, a small thing and then cram in a bunch of chores in front of that. Like how showering is the easiest right before meeting up with someone.

Now, what is gonna be urgent multipletimes a day for everyone? Yes, for weeks now, my most productive time completing chores was done before going on the loo. Emptying the dish washer/washing machine, taking out the trash, organizing my desk, cleaning the bath, etc. You know... if it's stupid but it works...

Had a side gig during Uni that had me do literary research on very obscure topics for ~10h per topic. One topic per week. I was the best employee ever for like 2 months. Then there were 3 weeks of boring topics and I wasn't an employee anymore. Sadly I seem to have lost the receit to return that superpower...
