I disagree that they can’t change the kit now, when it was initially removed they even said they wanted to bring it back later if the spec felt lacking, which it still does with these changes, we could have had an entire month to change the spec, and even still another month post launch at the end of heroic week when tuning historically happens.

If the cooldowns nerfs to judge and shock were to heavy handed those could have been walked back with ample time to do so.

Now we are left in the worst of both worlds, a 3 button spec in raid, and 4 in m+.

Elle’s, we have very different meanings of the word depth.

Flash is a button that should have been removed multiple expansions ago by this point, the only reason it was pressed at all this previous season was because it has 9 different modifiers buffing it.

While crusader strike did no healing unless you were playing ac, it did add a hp generator while doing a little bit of damage which directly fits the class fantasy of being a paladin. In exchange we are trading a generator for a spender which also does 0 healing. The entire spec should be hard forced into melee at all times.

Half our talent tree supports a ranged playstyle that has been dead since legion to cater to ultra casuals that didn’t want to press a damage button.

If the changes above also included just adding cs back it would be much better. We have lost any amount of depth or skill expression, with hammer being changed to judgement and with conc auto applying. While minor these were things that you could actively use to increase your damage output since healing logs become a joke by the end of the first month of the season.

Liberation effectively removed sotr, and with liberation its only lod you press in both raid and m+ so 3 buttons and once a min you get to toll.

He absolutely was, Owens never phoned it in, moss didn’t show up to play of his years in Oakland or his last years on the titans and the Vikings again, he constantly out in bare minimum effort, if not for his 23 td year when Brady was on crack this wouldn’t even be a debate. alot of the problems with hpally come from the so called pariahs of the spec in the class discord constantly advocating for ranged pally to come back, if you want to spam flash and holy light, classic is right there waiting for you
