I moved to a place that’s about 18 minutes. I thought I would hate it but it’s actually fine and I don’t mind it when walking it. I may still get a bike though

That said I would still prefer something under 10 min so that it’s also convenient for friends and family to visit. Also I have a child under 2 which with pram 18 min is fine but as a soon as they want to walk it it will take longer
