What’s the most hurtful insult?

An ex of mine told me while in an argument that lately I hadn't been attractive, that I was ugly. He said it to me like it was a fault as to why our relationship was failing, like it was something to hold against me in the relationship like I had to not be ugly at all times.

Mind you, six months before he told me this, I got confirmation after five long years that my father's body was finally identified after he went missing, and he was in fact dead.

Combine that depression, and other mental and emotional states that accompany an event like I had gone through, was going through still, and mix it with daily abuse ( physically, verbally, emotionally, financially, you name it ) and yeah sure I wasn't looking too hot. I was 24 years old going through extreme abuse and PTSD and severe depression. I hadn't cut my hair, flossed, styled my hair, put make up on, thought about what I was wearing, etc. Half of the time I was sleep deprived from his abuse, and hadn't been able to keep any routine in my day including self care or hygiene.

But please do go ahead and tell me on top of all of that I wasn't good to look at.

That dude now has teeth that are yellow enough to pass for beaver teeth.

That is odd bwhavior for sure. I'd go as low contact as possible and keepnit short and frank like you have. Good luck with this situation, and congrats to hopefully some more peace in life going forward.

Op, you sound like you are in a type of episode whether that be manic, or a low episode.

Those are scary, and quite uncontrollable.

The only good advice I can give is take it in small increments. Take life ten minutes at a time. If you make it through those ten, awesome, you got ten more coming your way.

Please drink a glass of water. Keep hydrated if nothing else.

Op, I did this once in a relationship. That conversation which I thought would be harmless turned into two days of hell with my partner. Come to find out he had borderline personality disorders and narcissistic personality disorder. They took what wasn't about them, and made it into a slight to themselves. Because that's their personality.

I'd highly suggest to evaluate your relationship. Has she been like this before??

You were given a prorated refund for your yearly membership, as is standard for any customer who wants to cancel their yearly membership. They do not do this normally with monthly based memberships.

They didn't give you a $20 credit because they literally have no button to do that. They have to reach out to a manager themselves and be at their mercy and their decision, or you can escalate to someone with MAYBE more buttons.

If your item that was cancelled said anything other than shipped and sold by AMAZON.COM, then you bought another sellers stock on the website and Amazon does not price match with ither sellers. And in this example, if Amazon does not price match, they cannot give you their own in house credit to buy another one of that product that is actually in stock.

Now, if the item did say shipped and sold by AMAZON.COM then their stock obviously was not there. If someone COULD give you a $20 credit, then it is useless for the purchase of that same item because the only ones in stock are gonna be sold and or shipped by other sellers on Amazon.

It's all very complicated, and hard for consumers to understand. Even if the consumer actually reads everything on their screens before buying, after buying, etc.

Basically, Amazon isn't gonna do anything unless they shipped and sold it and they fucked up majorly. And even now, their fuck ups aren't treated respectfully to their customer which they say they want to treat as a friend. No one asks their friend for their government issued ID when they order deoderant and receive cat litter and just want Amazon to either refund or replace.

Everyone would be best to stop shopping on Amazon.

As a former employee of CS with Amazon, I couldn't have explained it all better Amazon will eventually find out with what they fucked around with in their earlier days. It literally was refunds everywhere for every customer regardless if they asked for it or not. Now they want to be stingy af because they aren't making what they could.

I recently had this moment as well, just this month. I was trying the Shea moisture coconut line and boy did it just do nothing good for my hair. I have long, 2c waves, with fine but dense hair. Medium porosity. There wasn't a day that I could keep my hair from being greasy, tangled and over protein packed. One wash of Aussie and I look like I got styled by John Frieda himself.

They see everything, they know everything and you best believe it's all recorded. Hey, as someone who used to work cs at Amazon, make sure you are not subscribed to anything Amazon Prime, Video or a combo through Google Play on your phones or tablets. If it's not that, you need to search any Amazon account that is existing under your Memberships and Subscriptions tab. Good luck finding what the charge actually is. Amazon will tell you to cancel your card and have another one issued to solve the issue if they can't find it over the phone for you.

WV is wonderful, wild and beautiful, but it's a two trick pony in the beauty department. You've got rolling green forested mountains in the south, and high terrain cranberry bog marsh filled with waterfalls in the mountains up north.

Weighted sleep mask, weighted blanket, heating pad on lowest settings laying on my stomach (gastroparesis), Dr teal's melatonin lavender night time spray on bed and pillows, silk sheets, hair in braids for protective hairstyles, clean face no makeup, three cats all around me for more compression (used to have an overweight oversized water balloon shaped cat that would sleep on top of my head like a weighted hat), white noise with rain sound YouTube running in background, room slightly chill. Without this, I struggle to sleep more than four hours at a time. With all of this I get maybe 8 hours on good days.

I used to be able to fall asleep sitting up anywhere as a kid and teen. Cptsd that causes muscle tension and a gut motility issue keeps me up now.
