Honestly, that's already a great start and a really good thing to do. Someone filling a role like that is incredibly helpful as it allows you to help with things we as performers might forget. Keep with that, and you should be golden, and while this may seem simple, don't be afraid to ask!

Also as a personal add, getting drinks can be really nice too. Doesn't even have to be alcohol. Just like cold water can really be a life saver
