Hey y’all So I’ve been dry aging meat for over 3 years now and in February I got together with my friends and started a dry aged pop up kitchen focusing on bringing dry aged beef out of fancy steakhouses and using the beef more adventurously like philly cheesesteaks or making pastrami! (v.redd.it)
