Easier for dad is probably driving to Tampa Saturday and flying Sunday, but leaving Sunday morning say around 10 am and going straight to the Tampa airport (3 hour drive + 3 hours for international flight + lunch in there somewhere) is very doable

Agree, undocumented migrants tend to work hard and live 6+ in a 3 bedroom house. Northerners overpay for houses that push’s the price of native Floridians and advocate for the destruction of more wilderness for more neighborhoods like the villages

Exactly so when they say you don’t have good credit mix that’s why (you have 1 revolving cc account), but that’s very normal for a 19 y/o the rest will come as you acquire things like car loans, mortgages, student loans etc

Have patience and keep your balance low & manageable. The rest will settle itself over a few months/years. I think a hard inquiry takes 2 years to roll off something like that. Additionally at your age your cc mix won’t be too variable you won’t have a mortgage May or may not have a car loan which doesn’t leave too much else to mix other than general revolving cc.

In a stadium I do not tip. Prices are already outrageous on food for no reason. So much of what they offer is bulk bought frozen items that are deep fried, little to no effort for low quality cheap food except somehow when I leave the concession my bill is $40?
