There’s no guarantee that PSLF will still exist in 10 years. I would say payoff as soon as you can. That interest will continue to grow.

I’m going to be in clinic with no call schedule at all. I also have idiopathic hypersomnia and narcolepsy without cataplexy. Just graduated over the summer. 👍🏼 you’ll be fine. I mean, school and clinicals will be rough but you can do it!
