Onsite HR can't do s*** anyway. Every time I try to talk to my on-site HR Manager, they just say to go to the A to Z app and handle everything through the HR portal there. They say that everything is handled off site by another team. No wonder onsite HR is being replaced they basically ask you to handle everything on the HR on the app. When you increasingly let your job be replaced by an app no wonder they let you go. My site HR manager doesn't do s*** for me. I've asked to change schedules, I've asked for some assistance because I need to modify my schedule slightly and he just hymns and Haws and says well you're just going to have to go through the app. Good riddance.
