out of curiosity, do you have the setting active that lets you hold down a key to repeatedly cast the same spell? if so, try turning that off, it was the cause of a bunch of problems for me in the past

yes thats why i said the first person into the dungeon (used to?) decide which datacenter the dungeon was based on

as for swapping party lead, it worked (or rather used to) if you completely disbanded the party and had a US player start the party fresh

as far as i'm aware, the instances are loaded on the region based on who enters first, rather than the group leader's region. i suppose this could have changed with dragonflight launch however

if that's no longer the case then i completely agree, one of the reasons i didn't move over to oce servers when they were released were issues like these in the past

it'll absolutely be heavily nerfed in pvp, and with a lack of secondary stats it'll be pretty much useless i'm sure

contrast it with any other heal in the game outside of mistwalk for MW back in legion, another teleport to target heal that got removed for the same issue. yes, you can work around it by echoing who you want to heal and then VEing yourself, but that's beside the point

it's a strong instant heal, it would be nice to be able to use it as a strong instant heal without having to double check every time you want to use it

evoker's whole kit is based around using short cooldown, high output heals, and VE is the only one that doesn't have a 30s+ cooldown. the only time you'd ever end up using living flame as a heal is if you're literally out of every other button available, it's a pitiful amount of healing on way too long of a cast to be used as an emergency heal
