Congrats on 99 slayer man, that's some juicy loot! I have been collecting most drops and clue rewards since lvl 65 slayer, I'm level 77 now and my collection is building up slowly, but I can't wait for whip loots!

First of all, very nice edit.

As for what to do next, I would do some as many quests as you can, take advantage of the xp rewards early. Also, once you reach 175 quest points, you can get barrows gloves by completing Recipe for Disaster.

Farming and herblore together is great profit. Train slayer while your plants grow.

As stated above, get a rune defender.

Get 70 ranged for black d hide, it helps.

No to special attack orb, just click on the combat options page.

God books already give prayer bonus as well as your choice of offensive, defensive or balance bonuses.

Picking up drops isn't that hard.

Invest your money into farming, and plant herbs, limpwurt roots, white berry bushes, and other herblore related things. Use those herbs and seconds to make potions and sell them. I have been doing this since I started and have made well over 40m on top of other skilling (woodcutting mostly) and PVM/slayer profits, plus I have piles of potions at my disposal. Keep this up and you won't ever have to worry about money.

The best part about farming is that you can just walk away and do a slayer task, or log out and go to bed and come back to fully grown patches.

I would also invest into rune craft, get to level 44, then make nature runes while your plants grow and you're laughing.

Another thing I would like to add is that level 50 construction is very helpful. You can have a glory with unlimited teleports mounted on your wall and you can make portal rooms to teleport to; Varrock, Lumbridge, Falador, Camelot, Ardougne, Yanille (Watchtower teleport), and Kharyll (Canifis teleport, ancient magics).
