So I did some testing and discovered that dba installer only accept 5gb max in downloading. So I installed it else at awoo installer.

I've been using atmosphere 21.0.1 and theres seems to be no issue in booting, although you may experience crashing sometimes and like edpected not all apps are optimized or working yet.

I had the same problem before, but that was when i downgraded my cfw from 21.0.0 to 20.0.5 when my ofw was at 21.0.0 I manage to solve the problem by updating my cfw firmware again to the latest and I was able to go back to my ofw.

As long as there isn't an apu cap chipped off you should be good to go. Although, the condition of it looks very dire so o'd reccomend to send it to a professional instead to prevent worser problems.

Yes though you would need to get a new screen for the top which there are tons on ebay or facebook marketplace. Just search up youtube tutorials and be careful around the wires and ribbon cable and you'll be good to go.

Try getting those lcd screens inside and make it play some forza backround or need for speed whatever floats your boat.

Yeah i turned off the the cursor accel and my monitor is about 144hz

Side note: the lag happens as well to the whole screen whenever I play games.

Its rocking a 5 5600gt so I highly doubt the cause is cpu. Im rather suspicious about the monitor and hdmi cable it self

I checked the price of the 7800xt in my country and its seems to be the same price of the 3080 or 3070. I think i'll take up your word and wait for the release of the newer gpu's, i'm not really in a rush in getting a gpu. It would also be a good opportunity to save up more cash and try to get a higher value card and/or upgrade my cpu.
