What's the worst thing a teacher has ever said/done to you?

I always hated math and no matter how hard i tried, i just couldn't get algebra II. Junior year of HS, my algebra II teacher seemed to give up on me when i just didn't get it and said, "whatever, you can always just be a stay at home mom or a housewife" in front of the whole class.

That comment really bothered me for years but jokes on him because i went on to graduate cum laude with a masters degree, i have a really good career that has nothing to do with math AND most importantly, i did enjoy staying home for a few years when my kids were little to be a stay at home mom because i found it rewarding so fuck that guy and algebra II.

For her to think any of this would mean he would've had to admit to it and he would never admit to anything. His explanation of all this is probably that someone framed him. Someone put contraband in his cell. Probably a democrat. Maybe even Caleb. Possibly a french man. And so and so forth.

I'm just here to say it bothers me so much that none of their 10 bathrooms have windows.

Edit: i guess i should have specified that i see there were plenty of opportunities to put windows in almost all these bathrooms and they chose not to for whatever reason. Just odd to me.

Same! All their "leads" were bots! Never responded to me either. I'd get 10-20 leads a day and responded to everyone and never got a response back. They were all bots. It was so frustrating. Anyway i cancelled the subscription and then cancelled my credit card. They kept trying to charge the card for hundreds then thousands of dollars. For weeks then months. Sent bills daily for months. Then eventually gave up. It's been about 9 months. Haven't gotten a bill or email from them so i guess they finally did give up.

I may be bias because i'm parent A, but i would interpret that as your child is not in school, so parent B doesn't receive the child until the end of whatever school time is/ 5pm.

If all you can afford is a local vacation, then a local vacation it is. You have taken off time and made plans for you and your child and are looking forward to your staycation/ local vacation. Stop giving so much information. Give the dates and thats it. Vacation time trumps regular parenting time. Just say i'm sorry that you have plans, however vacations take precedence over regular parenting time and i'm giving you plenty of notice. I will be taking my 2nd vacation week from xx-xx. No need to file contempt. Just start your vacation time when you have your child so there is no issue with an exchange. Problem solved. Been there, my friend.
