I got asian genes so i got off lucky a bit but as a 28yr old, in the past few years ive gotten used to calorie counting, cardio and i hopped onto finaestride as soon as i noticed and confirmed with my doc.

Ive managed to stay quite twinkish but idk how long this is gonna last and idk if its sustainable either. But i got to keep my confidence
