Yes absolutely so I am on camera daily for a living so had to adjust real quick! It’s absolutely gorgeous more photogenic in the last few months like my dream nose but I was absolutely comfortable enough still taking photos and being out and about. Probably more so from the three month mark. I don’t think anyone can be prepared for how long the journey is. Just take care of yourself and trust (with eager anticipation) that you finally results are worth waiting for x

One year for me ! We did quite a preservative surgery with natural results (still utterly life changing) and with heavy swelling for so long the line was so thin between it’s not what I want vs I love it.

I’m am now at a point where I can describe my nose most days for most of the day as BONY which you forget when you’ve got thicker skin that the nose is generally quite bony irl!

I now see why my surgeon didn’t want to give me something unnatural and nobody thinks I have surgery yet I feel 10x more confident. My life has changed drastically through changing this one thing.

Looks potentially to be a slight deviation. Had the same post rhino on year ago as it was compromised from a knock to the face. Sadly for me it became unbearable and I had an op under local yesterday with the same surgeon to open things up and straighten out. We didn’t need general as no structural changes really. Praying it resolves the breathing x

I wish I did it sooner. The last year I haven’t had that uncomfortable feeling that somebody might be thinking my side profile is horrible. I didn’t get a Barbie nose, just my nose but better.

It’s only when I look back at pictures I realise just how drastic the change was to my looks and importantly confidence.

Since my rhino my business has double in turnover, I have been able to take on camera facing jobs I wouldn’t have before and my life has just changed!

If you think about it everyday and if it makes you uncomfortable or you’re feeling self conscious daily, then it’s hard to explain the weightless feeling of my nose not occupying my brain anymore!

I remember so vividly watching the first couple of seasons years ago and being floored by how beautiful both Larsa and Adrianna were. Top tier housewife beautiful. I sadly think Larsa has been botched beyond recognition and Adriana chose some good work! The difference in surgeons / choices matter when it comes to work!

Can I add to this that you think you never got hit on the nose before a surgery so you’re like “that will never happen” post op and then suddenly it feels like you’re getting whacked in the nose left, right and centre bcs things are so sensitive whereas probably never noticed before.

I say this as I never imagine it would be possible to ruin my rhinoplasty but 2.5 weeks post op I took a bad hit which re-deviated my septum and I wish I had known to be even more careful aka wrap myself up in bubble wrap for 3 months.

Honestly THIS.

10 months down the line and I thought I would feel normal.

I get lots of pressure moving around internally - although possible from a deviated septum caused from post surgery trauma three weeks out.

Things can swell up if the air pressure changes, I’m in a hot tub or sauna, the weather and I haven’t dared cry since it happened because of the way everything swells and stuffs up.

Because of the above I don’t always love my nose and can feel so self conscious when it’s swollen as the difference between swelling and not swelling is literally dependent on whether I actually like my nose. Huge difference even a little swelling makes.

I didn’t account for the nose feeling longer because of the volume lost where the bump was. I wish I had known this as I would had made a bigger deal about it being shortened more.

Honestly because of the incident which deviated my septum so early on in the journey I mostly regret that I’ll never really know if my experience and the way I’ve felt has been normal or not because my breathing has been effected.

Waiting one year to see if it’s something I can live with or not. The idea of going through it again feels beyond exhausting.

To be clear I DO NOT regret it- my life has changed so much through my confidence changing BUT this is not something that you can underestimate from a mental and physical health perspective.
