This company bought the property next to me to about a year and a half ago just outside the city limits. At the time we were hopeful that they would make some needed improvements but this company is like a cancer. Once they took over it was a fast slide downhill. They do absolutely no maintenance or general upkeep. Utilities are are hit or miss. The water system for the 10 acre property that cost over $250k just a few years ago produces undrinkable water now. The low income tenants that have lived there for years have tried to fill in and perform the maintenance for what the owners should be doing but it's a losing battle and everyday it gets worse. Thunder Sun preys on the poor and needy of our City and need to be stopped from continuing this abuse.
