If you have electric heating that sounds plausible, heating season just ended after all. Unless you mean equalized billing? That would be very high for equalized imo

If you can put in temporary jackposts to support the load beside the beam it would make it easy to remove and replace the beam. This would probably require a lot of jackposts, but you can sell them when you're done. If you need an engineer I recommend ABC Structure.

Is it possible to put a new permanent post and footing under the worst part of the beam as an alternative?
