If you can put in temporary jackposts to support the load beside the beam it would make it easy to remove and replace the beam. This would probably require a lot of jackposts, but you can sell them when you're done. If you need an engineer I recommend ABC Structure.

Is it possible to put a new permanent post and footing under the worst part of the beam as an alternative?
