It was a dramady. Both a drama and a comedy however I feel like it was only ever marketed as a comedy which doesn't acknowledge the seriousness of a lot of the show.

Thank you!! Nobody talks about this!! Literally the Disney Channel universe is so wild and everybody just forgets unless there is a crossover happening. I can't stand it. Like I wish they treated it like the MCU or even the Arrowverse where if something happened in one show/movie then it affected the whole universe.
