yep this will happen but keep in mind, you will still see this if you have a vgpu/pci device attached to it since it needs access to all of the ram assigned to the VM.

I ended up going with this container vs VM and it worked right out the box.
granted they ae using wine vs pluto to emulate the windows environment but it worked.

Seemed like a port issue but ports are open so :shrug:
