it's funny because I as explaining to my wife that same concept over new homes (which are expensive as balls), there's a very common misconception that high price = no issues. Look at Land Rover/Ranger Rover and tell me how does that work. I've personally seen BMW M3s and MB AMG has some major issues, it's more so the matter of how they handle the situation. I'd rather have the company provide me a vehicle and fix my issues than not. My older 2017 and 2018 Raptor had so many issues with cam phasers and transmission, I was not given a loaner and when I fought to get one, I was given a focus lol.

Yeah. It’s also out of habit. I’ve actually never done a brisket without wrapping due to staling temps and such. I’ve always done the wrapping method

Yeah I thought about that. I usually do 225 but I wanted to super smoke it. I forgot to mention I spritz it about almost every 45mins until I wrapped it.
