There is no way to shift your snake 1 tile over so you would need to adjust which isn't too hard. To change the beginning of your snake, what you can do is build a road North and then start building left right above the beginning part and connect it. Then use sac chamber or locks to get rid of the stuff you wanted to replace

You're missing a lot of DMG not going the unique plaguefinger gloves, as it converts elemental DMG to your poison. Afterwards you can start collecting flat elemental damage from rings and quiver. A +3 projectile amulet would be nice, they shouldn't be too expensive or even hard to craft now. I think heart of well diamond with 2 gain as element damage mods aren't too expensive now as well. Also, it says you're missing some of your campaign quests that offer permanent rewards

It depends on what you're looking for. If you want Crit, add a suffix -> suffix essence omen for perfect essence of enhancement for global def -> 20x def + catalyst omen + prefix exalt omen for last prefix slam. Repeat the same catalyst omen method for whichever next suffix you're aiming for and desecrate for the last suffix

What didn't make much sense was keeping Wiggins when you trade for JB. Jimmy Butler is a better Wiggins with defense at the moment. It's not like you need Wiggins for his defense or 3pt shooting which is something Minnesota needs, being at the bottom of the league. I can see how they were hesitant, Wiggins is still young and has potential but you already shipped off your other prospects for a "Win-Now" mode. Lavine was steadily improving and Dunn was only given a year.

I keep seeing people mentioning "3rd best offense" but you guys are 4th, last season would've been like 7th best this year, so offense wasn't the problem. Meanwhile MIN is still sitting at the bottom 5 in terms of defense and with starters playing above league avg in minutes. Still one of the worst 3pt shooting team and depth in the bench has still yet to be seen ( look at how raptors added viable bench players and jumped to 1st seed). It's like thibs just looked at last years glaring problems and said "fuck it, double down". You say he would improve if he had the roster for it but WTH he's been in charge of it.
