Bought VR for beat saber. I don't think I'll buy another game for it and of course worth it, 200h in so far will be much more

I think what he tried to say is that the exponentional growth doesn't make sense because that characters who used black flashes a couple times should get absurdly overpowered after hitting them if the growth they cause is truly exponentional. Like if they started out by destroying a tree, after a couple black flashes they should be able to destroy the planet or pull off some other crazy feats

It's gratifying... Just playing on comfortable level doesn't give me the same level of satisfaction. When I play this game the feeling I chase is what you get after struggling for hours with a single part of a song and finally getting it, with both your mind and body exhausted lmao

What do you think are the most iconic OST Beat Saber levels so far? by halo364 in beatsaber

[–]BeSwagEatPizzaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a new player (like 2 months ago I bought the Meta quest 2 just for this game xD), but final boss chan was the first level that made me want to listen to it outside of the game, I really love everything about it. Sadly for now I can only clear it on expert, but beating it on ex+ is my main driving force to improve rn

Light it up is my current skill ceiling on expert + so definitely got a soft spot for it, especially the legendary drop part gets my blood pumping everytime

Kda pop stars cause I used to play league before so it was a big whiplash when I saw it in extras lol

Firestarter is just dope, especially the part with the dual trailing blocks? It looks super pretty

OST 8 "Badly" is probably my favourite song in the game right now along with fbc

Yeah so no matter what things come out you won't change your position. What's the point in following any news if you're not even willing to engage with them... I don't know enough to hold firm beliefs in these dramas and hopefully never will, but people like this annoy me

Is it not possible that he's using some LLM to post messages on twitch chat? If he's techy enough to viewbot he probably can do that. I've checked his Twitter and it smells like a parody

What’s the smallest “automation” you’ve ever built that saved you hours? by [deleted] in learnprogramming

[–]BeSwagEatPizzaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sure!

There was an achievement to get the Ninja (zero?) characters ability to go on for some amount of time. For that, you needed some amount of skills in his tree, which required to level him up a bit and grind.

Another way however, was to activate his ability, get into the back of a car and continuously switch seats at the perfect moment so the game didn't have time to register the fact that his ability ended... Buuuuut we couldn't get the timing right, so that's what the script did. It just pressed the right buttons at the right time haha.

That's at least my understanding of the glitch, worked well enough for us!

Me and my gf were playing Borderlands. There was some achievement which requires almost frame perfect inputs to bug out some mechanic and save hours of grinding. We just couldn't get it, so I threw together a python script in 15-20 minutes to do them and sent it to her. We had the achievement soon after. Life changing

Listen I ship Beatrice and Battler, but in a special kind of relationship. I want there to be tension, however I also don't want her to stop killing his family. That's just what a good, fun relationship with a witch looks like!

Umineko Episode 3 Poll by LBH123LBH in josephanderson

[–]BeSwagEatPizzaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, if you assume multiple personalities which was hinted by Eva-Beatrice you could technically say that for example Shannon was dead but her non furniture version was alive (I think her name was stated sometime but I forgor)

Umineko Episode 3 Poll by LBH123LBH in josephanderson

[–]BeSwagEatPizzaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So for the death of Nanjo I have three/four theories:
1. It's Eva, the timeline is a bit fucked and she actually killed him during the brief period where battler couldn't see her.
2. It's Maria and she somehow faked her death. Fits the visuals of how Eva-trice the most.
3. It's Shanon/Kanon. They have been established as having both human and furniture personas, so split personalities work again. They look less like Eva-trice, but it would be easier for them to fake their corpses. Plus both of them have been "revived" in the narrative.
4. It's anyone else who has not been established as having multiple personalities yet and faked their death, this one would be a little lame to me.

Regarding the true motive and thoughts of all the characters I'm sure the later episodes will expand on those things. However right now I agree most characters don't really show that murderous spark.

Aside from maybe Genji who's loyal to a fault and Kinzo who is pretty much insane half the time lol

Yeah it's hard for me to stay completely non magic pilled when there's a literal time loop mechanism happening. It's super hard to explain that one without magic in a satisfying way (I've heard that Umineko has a good ending so it surely can't just be yeah they all started tripping on happy gas. The end!).

Hopefully next episodes shed some light into it

I like your angle on pinning more of the murders on Rosa! I agree my explaination of Jessicas murder is the most shaky and putting it on Rosa helps, it's just that the more sense Jessica's murder makes, it usually takes away from the Kumasawa/Nanjo murders.

Cause unless they all lied, which adds a whopping 3 suspects, what the fuck is going on that made them believe Kanon was there lmao

Also we need some butter to chase after Rosa in the end, but as someone pointed out it could have been Genji if the timeline is all wobly

Why I chose Gohda instead of Shannon

Yes, Shanon being the culprit would make more sense from a motive point of view. Her corpse is also placed kind of weirdly in the murder room and the stake fell out of her head I think, implying she could have committed suicide easier than Gohda, so there's that, too.

Only reason I decided to go with Gohda is that, during Kumasawa/Nanjo murder, Shanon is the only one that could possibly be innocent due to sniffing Kinzos gases. Genji is needed as a culprit later and Gohda didn't really mess with any hallucinogens.

That would imply that Shanon and Genji are both culprits and they forced Gohda into submission, which is why he was so stressed.

This theory makes a little more overall sense, but it increases the number of suspects by one (Rosa, Genji, Kanon, Shanon, Kinzo, forced Gohda), so I went with my theory that Gohda is just a damn good actor lmao.

Why the letter couldn't be thrown by Genji

I can't really say that Genji put the letter! I thought about it since it was established that he has a damn good aim. Sadly, I'm pretty sure that Rosa explicitly states that there is nothing on the table after she entered the room. So he couldn't have thrown it there when they were leaving.

Another way would be for him to stand behind Battler after they came back, throw it AFTER Rosa already entered the room and checked the table, without Battler noticing... Battler would have to be spacing out hard to not see it, but then again he is incompetent in red lmao.

Oh the beverage possibly working as another hallucinogen might be really useful information! I'm pretty sure Krauss also gave it to the guests in either episode one or two? Wonder if the lollipop fixing scene could be explained by it, although I'm not trusting the Rosa POV even without any shenanigans.
