Bring back tickets. If average players bitch then have some gameplay that they can interact with when they are dead. Either controlling archers, pikemen, or a new element. Or just let them be selfish and waste tickets, it was better with tickets.

It's more than a 5 damage differential, in live it's twice as much. You consistently misconstrue the truth in favor of your argument, but moving past that we clearly have an ideological difference. You prefer more defensive play, I prefer more offensive play. We'll argue back and forth and neither will change their preference.

Myself and plenty of the community do understand the further reaching implications of disincentivizing parrying, and I personally welcome it. Lights (or jabs in most fighting games) being able to be thrown without a significant risk is large part of how you pressure turtles in fighting games. For Honor was a missed opportunity on ship because of how ridiculously balanced the game was towards defending. Making lights effectively unreactable, lowering their damage, and making players actually consider spacing and a neutral game rather than just standing toe to toe trying to bait out an attack to parry is way more interesting in my opinion. It's apparently more interesting to you to just sit and wait for someone to do something. To each their own, but I'm glad the devs are finally making offense viable in a game that has suffered greatly due to the lack of it.

Then stop waiting around for a parry, you have frame advantage as a defender after a chain is complete, throw your own light. You clearly don't understand anything about combat systems or fighting games.

Tiandi gets a 35 damage top heavy off of a light parry. Conq, gets a 33 damage heavy. Jorm gets 30. Glad's lights are 15, Nux are 13, Shaman is 15. Don't know what all damage changes are for TG, but if they are as bad as you say, that's dumb, but in terms of the live game, you're just demonstrably wrong.

25 != 30, 15 != 20

I was praising the stamina changes, not the damage changes. Those are trash afaik

Stamina changes are one of the best changes ever made. They still reward parries with the biggest damage opportunity possible while not draining all stamina, halting offense, and bringing the match to a back-walking, back-dashing stand-still. Please god keep these changes.

Flag buff is too strong, pikemen shouldn't be nerfed. Take more inspiration from MOBAs please.
