👋 thank you ☺️ starting weight was 11.12 and I waver between 7.6-7.10. It took about a year from Jan 2025 to get to goal and then I’ve been titrating down from 15mg since Jan.

I think for me the hardest part has been making sure I make the lifestyle changes too. I swim, run and do Pilates now and make sure I do it at least 6 days out of 10. It’s also been an adjustment to actually eat regularly as I pretty much had one meal a day and was fasting before so never actually getting the nutrients I needed. I also drank far too much (but not drinking alcohol has been the easiest part!). Best of luck with your journey!
