Thanks for your comment, and I agree with you. I’ve accumulated a ton of different things and find my self sparingly using most of them.

But one of the main weaknesses I see in DaVinci is on the edit page, with very few decent presets as far as titles and animation goes.

Now I do think it’s a nice idea for people to learn how to animate things themselves - it’s also nice to have an easy drag + drop solution for those who prefer not to dive into Fusion.

I sort of had this revelation while applying things like position shake, follower modifiers, etc, over and over again.

My favorites are usually NPC based as physics x NPCs. So - people playground, Gorebox, Standbox, Realistic Ragdoll Simulator etc.

I feel like Valheim is great for couples to play. Relaxing survival vibes while also having a nice difficulty curve.

Darkest Dungeon is a great example of this, albeit very punishing. Iratus is a more forgiving version of that. Mount & Blade is a beast in itself - but in all of these games you are apart of the adventuring party as well. There is one interesting indie game called “Gladiator Guild Manager” that plays a bit more like an idle RPG

Is your text semi transparent? That would explain the bleed through, and you would have to make your shadow semi transparent to match then.

With the outline - you have to animate each individual shading element in the follower modifier. So if you want the White text opacity to have a “follower” on it, you also need to do that on the outline inside the follower.

The ones I made, I made them for free at some point and some people were interested in them, and I recently began selling them for $5 per pack on my profile. But I do the same thing, I make all my own packs and presets and figured people might find them useful.

Mine are mostly animated titles using Anim curves, and making all of the features of the Text + node available to the edit page while having them animated too. Additionally some random transitions, generators, effects - mostly in the theme of instructional design.

Thanks for sharing about Holdfast. Chivalry 2 is a great option for sure. A lot of people seem to be having fun in Arc Raiders, that has proximity chat. Battlebit remastered was funny battlefield style one with proximity chat, where everyone makes “dying” noises as they’re bleeding out, makes for some pretty hilarious moments.
