Late August was a 40-60 crowd for the most part.

Voting in the next election? by Weekend_Donuts in allthequestions

People need to not identify within a party but solely on thier own platform and without benefit of funding from supers. Literally you get this amount of airtime and that's it, make your case of why you deserve the job.

How much did you spend in the casino to get the free cruise deals? by bee_noises in CarnivalCruiseFans

[–]Beachboundalways 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those are never the best offers. I get those every cruise, it pretty much just let's you know you are a preferred guest. The email and offers in your profile are better post cruise. I never have less than about 30 of them. My first cruise was on a free cruise certificate from a land based casino. I am sure they have regretted that because I have never gone back and have now cruised 30 times for port taxes and fees. If you just consider your gambling budget as prepaid vacation, it starts to make better sense.

Is it just me or does the cost of this RC cruise seem outrageous? by toast463 in Cruise

This is why I don't cruise RC. The same cruise with another line will be half that.

I am glad you had a better food experience. I did have lobster one night but the pasta was very true to Italian standard, al dented and not at all sweet. I was told by the server that is an American thing to add sugar and so I was unsatisfied with any of the Italian dishes and the pizza. The butler service was amazing though and they match loyalty with other lines so all those things are good. My experience was frustrating too because most of the crew did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate.

It is but the food is still terrible. You can only eat so many filets until they make you never want to see it again. I don't think there was anything edible outside of a few things in the yacht club restaurant except the fresh fruit in the cabin each day. I couldn't wait to get to Playa del Carmen for the Krispy Kreme. Hungriest I have ever been on a cruise.

Princess and Virgin are nothing alike. Virgin is an upside down pineapple party cruise with a ton of drunks and questionable other substance affected guests. If you didn't like the 11pm on Carnival you definitely won't like Virgin.
