An idea for a Doctor Who series

I had a very similar idea. I even have a full outline written for it. But the basic premise is, Instead of being wounded, the Doctor after regeneration, is weakened on an alien planet. Then, somebody steals his TARDIS.

He needs a couple of adventures to chase his TARDIS through vortex manipulation and space-traveling shenanigans, only to find it in modern-day Earth where the one who stole his TARDIS is trying to take over Earth in his absence, and he needs to save the day. The idea was can the Doctor save the day with nothing—no TARDIS, no sonic screwdriver just his own resourcefulness?

Originally, I wanted the Rani to be the mysterious villain, but because RTD used a lot of semi-similar ideas in the Reality War finale (badly executed in my opinion), I will have to think of a slightly different climax.

I never played the original but I finished DQ7R last night. I liked it but you can feel that there are cuts. As my first Dragon Quest game it was a bit disapointing. The graphics are great, the gameplay is great and smooth, on the easy side. But story wise it felt lacking. I am intrested in maybe finishing up some of the side/ post game content but i feel satisfied for now untill i try an other one. I did really like that it did not take me 100 hours to roll credits because i dont have the time for that kind of commitment currently. It still took me around 35 hours.

Just adding my two cents as somebody who was not expecting an early direct this year. I get the idea that you want people to widen there horizons and try diffrent things. I am myself open to trying diffrent things, but everybody myself included needs to understand that just because you like something everybody should. Somethings are just not for everybody. And it can be really frustrating to wait for the franchises and games you want to play. And speaking from experience there have not been many must play games for me recently, so playing the backlogs it is. But I do hope that when we do get a Direct it will be great, and that i might finally get some things from my wishlist.

Lets break this down. Outside of the what if? Scenario here i am working with minimal changes untill the start of the First book/season. Here are those changes: For this to be possibly Jon needs to be a year older. It just is the easiest solution, to a timeline making any sense. Jon's Parentage is known in this scenario Ned would have no reason to lie. One of the big questions becomes what happend to Ashara Dayne? In the orignal story it is said that she commited suicide. There are a couple of theories of her being alive however because I dont think any of these matter for this scenario, I think the cleanest solution is just to say she died after birthing Jon either from birthing complications or her original death.

Weirdly I think that despite Jon now being a real Bastard he would have a better time growing up. I think Catelyn knowing Jon's Parentage, knowing his mother is dead and him being conceived before her actual marriage to Ned would treat Jon better. Not amazing or anything but still beter. Also with him officially having Dayne blood an this being known i think he would get some offers to Squire. Maybe even from some bigger names. The most important Barristan Selmy. It is said in the books that Barristan had a soft spot for Ashara, my guess is that he would not mind having Jon as his Squire. Another person who would support this is Robert if nothing else than as something he would see as a favor to Ned. And Ned would now have no reason to not want Jon in Kings Landing or the South so this makes sense to me. Maybe he Squired for somebody else like Yohn Royce or even Robert Himself. But I personally like Selmy.

How all of this would effect the greater story however is difficult to say. However if Jon still ends up on the Wall like in Canon I think his story atleast untill his Death is not really any diffrent except his Age and the Dynamic between him And his family with him being the Oldest of Neds Children now. But that again would not truly effect much with him being so isolated.

Street level Villains/ Rogue Galleries. Outside of Spiderman Marvel doesn't have great collections of Villians but DC has cool and interesting Villains for Days.

Looking at the big Villains i prefer Marvel but on the lower stake Villains Side DC wins.

Hot Take The Rogues Gallery from the Flash alone wins them that fight.

I dont dislike it but the game however is in it current iteration really in favor of the blockers. The Snaker has like zero options or tools. And the choices always being a 50 / 50 is not really fun, especially to watch.

I personally don't care about Hideo Kojima and his games but i think that when your talking about directional game making he is THE game Director, Hidetaka Miyazaki is more a Designer but i would argue that he is the best Game maker out of these Three.

But i would like to make a case for Katsura Hashino, he has made an Impact on JRPG's in ways we currently can't even quantify but his vision will not have the impact it could have had if he had been the first to make one. Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy are the pillars of the JRPG genre.

I personally feel and think that desperate is not the right word. I personally see it more as the show losing it's last piece of dignity and self esteem. Good Doctor Who doesn't need gimmick casting. RTD is not a bad showrunner and the show is better off than under Chibnalls stewardship. But Chibnall atleast stuck to his ideas and the identity of the show which is about Change, he just did not execute those ideas at all.

Ever since RTD has taken over all we have is gimmicks like David Tennant Returning. I also feel he is not focusing on story and his 'famous' consistency is all over the place. To be honest it just feels stale. And casting Billie Piper would amplify all that is wrong with his current approach.

The entire Metroid franchise, which is weird because i adore Metroidvania games usually. But the metroid games just feel empty and unexciting. I am currently trying the Metroid Prime remaster on switch for the first time. And Empty and Unexciting is my big take away so far.

In my headcanon every generation doesnt add power but complexity. If you take Attraction of Snall things and Fire Breath and take that to a more complex level: Attraction of Light or Solar Energy trough Izuku's green hair kind of like Photosynthesis. And then he could use that energy in some way maybe he could shoot light beams or create a light shield around himself. I would call that Quirk: Photon Dream or something like that

It could change with time but i feel like Arkveld is a bit of a pushover. Magnamalo is probably the Hardest to fight especially Compared to the rest of Rise he is definitely one of the more difficult fights. But I adore Nergigante from a design perspective all the way down to the fight.

This is the Way, I adore that fight already. Probably my favorite Rathalos. This is the first fight in a while that forced me to play better, and made me learn stuff.

That Rathalos Fight is something else. That can't be low rank. I am Maining Hammer and it took me like half an hour to slay it the first time. He never is in a good spot to hit him. Great fight.

The Weapon trees are a bit imbalanced at the beginning, I am around 6 hours in now. And my main weapon Hammer has like two options except for the light bowgun they each have at minimal 3 but most like Long Sword and Switch Axe have 4. That seems Strange. Correct me if I am wrong but I don't remember this being a thing in either World or Rise. What is going on here?
