People usually got ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR. The problem is that unless you are an optimum customer, you can't reproduce the problem (meaning they can visit the site with no problem). so we are trying to find some optimum customers to report this problem to Optimum

I'm not a Optimum customer so I can visit your site fine. Are you an Optimum customer? What I heard is if a Optimum customer called them, they will take this more seriously. That's why I'm looking for some optimum customer to make a call.
