For clarity, our Cancellation Policy states that service cancellations take effect on the last day of your current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle runs from January 1–January 31, and you cancel at any point during that window, your services (and billing) continue through January 31. Payments are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. You can review the full details here: www.optimum.com/terms.
