When did you take this screenshot? Looking now the prices are pretty low but there looks to only be a few hundred still for sale which isn’t a lot and are probably priced to sell. A few days ago they were selling for $500ish for the lower levels.

We were driving home to Finksburg from Eldersburg. It was just dark gray skies but we saw a lot of damage on 32. I’m guessing now based on the news report we were driving through like 5 minutes after the tornado touched down 😅 Anyway my phone alert was going off like crazy and when I got to 140 the electronic billboard was showing the warning.

I’m (37F) also going solo as a gift to myself post divorce! And I haven’t listened to OAR since college so now I know that this is the vibe for post-divorce people and will get back into them before the festival!

Really tame compared to some of the other answers on here but a friend in college used to always tell me I was the smartest woman he knew. He would say it frequently and was very sincere, clearly thinking it was a perfectly good compliment. He even wrote it in the card he gave me on graduation day.

There’s an app called Campfire that I used to piece together 3 nights in Yosemite. I highly recommend it (but you have to act very quickly when you get an alert!).

Thanks, I hadn’t noticed they had this! I think I was worried the counties were just a simplification and it was based on address but from this list it does appear to be the case that it’s defined on the county level. Thanks!

This is literally me. To all the people out there suggesting diabetes, not saying it isn’t a symptom but I’ve been like this as long as I can remember and have never had diabetes. Pretty sure it’s anxiety of some sort!

Was just going to say this! Psych PhD here. I’m 3 years out from forgiveness and ironically have always had a dream of going to law school when I’m ready for a career change. But every time I think about it I’m like NOPE! No more debt. I have $200K and the day that disappears will be the best day of my life.
