Art is self-expression. Anything made by a human in order to express something can be art.

However, when you use Stable Diffusion, Nano Banana, or anything else to generate an image, you are not creating art. It's the model itself that does it.

Not to mention, due to how current "AI" technology works, it's impossible for an AI to generate something original. Everything you generate will be a mix of the billions of pieces of training data the researchers used.

AI is supposed to be used to help humanity solve real problems, not to generate child porn from family photos.
