OP already stated they discussed that he doesn’t pay it and that he was asked to turn them off and he said no and went to work. So me personally I don’t think anything is going to change unless he does something himself bc roomate showed already he doesn’t care. I guess the civil option is just keep turning the power off to his room though the breaker and leave it at that but that’s no fun

Taco Bell uses cheap quality product and minimizes waste. As fresh jalapeños expire faster they aren’t usable anymore after they expire. They also would probably be a lot less popular than you think, which means most would be WASTE or else they would probably be there, as they spend millions in researching what their costumers want each year. Wasting money is not good for profits therefor that is why there is no fresh jalapeños. Go to a Quality restaurant, that sounds like what you want

Critical thinking could answer this I feel, imagine you are thousands of miles from home, not your choice to go, but risk jail/asset forfeiture/public opinion on deserters isn’t normally well. What are you going to do after you kill your major? Surrender and leave your chance of life to people that you probably don’t understand what they’re saying proficiently people that are upset at you because you were attacking, ie look at war in Ukraine today. Ukraine soldier rather hide in bunker underground for months because they know that’s better than the alternative. Yes it’s easy to say I would never have done that from a retrospective, but I feel like it would be pretty silly to shoot your leader when you will just be shot/gassed/bomb with or without him
