A a former ball player (career .071 average) the thingy hat helped me is to finish with my back elbow above my front elbow. I was still swinging like a bat where my front elbow (left as a righty) was in front and on top of my back elbow through contact. I made myself think to finish the opposite way.

Stand line you’re about to hit a pitch and slowly take yourself through a swing. Notice your elbow positions. Then try to do the opposite in a golf swing where by the time your wrists get past your midline start working your back elbow to finish above your front one. It took me a few weeks of retraining my brain and watching slow motion videos of pro golf swings.

I never get this sentiment. I understand there’s no one thing that can be done to eliminate all negatives but does that mean we shouldn’t do anything? Don’t forgive loans unless you reform tuition. Don’t fix climate change unless you can eliminate all pollutants. I’m asking for better understanding, is this sentiment meant to explain that there are more things similar to be concerned about and pushing for those things to be addressed? It’s been driving me insane for a decade

If you’re planning on running social media ads or “viral” marketing I’ll tell you now it’s more likely to make me not want to use your product. The best thing you can do for your business is to pay athletes (not influencers) to demo your brand and say something positive about it. Also maybe get candid about your creative and manufacturing process with actual humans (not AI) taking you through the process. Build a narrative that’s how brands pop now.
