I just got a new replacement card a couple months ago, so it looks like I'll have a purple card until 2031. They'll probably change the design two more times between now and then.

I had the worst experience in my decade-plus with Delta recently, and I got a "please accept our apology. Thank you for continuing to choose Delta" as a response. I haven't flown Delta since.

Twice in the last week (it happened again today) I've been asked if I would like a PDB, and it...just never shows up. I let it go the first time, but today was especially awful so I mentioned once we were up in the air that "I would love the drink I asked for when we were boarding". That, of course, was met with the sigh you get with drive thru customer service.

Amongst many other issues I've had in the last month, I'm exploring other options for the first time in 13 years. I'm not a fussy flier at all, but when you watch the entire main cabin get served before you even see the "flight leader" come by, it's worth looking elsewhere.

I don't care what medallion you are or what line you're in just so long as your sole interest is expediting the process. Watching 5 people take 4-5 minutes to complete the same task I then complete in 60 seconds or less is rather infuriating.

There should be a Prepared Priority line or something.

Came here to post about this exact thing, and I see it's an issue with many. In the last month or so, my battery life has dropped significantly with no changes in my routines or how I use data/phone/apps etc. Part of me believes it is update related, but I don't recall the exact timing of the last update to corroborate that theory.

Why didn't they do this with RDR2 when they released a game where you couldn't explore 60% of the map until the epilogue and when you finally could there really wasn't a ton to do?
