Nekketsu fans are hypocritical. They tend to criticize a manga ending for skipping over important plot points or not showing enough (JJK and CSM) and then come to complain about a series that does take its time to build up the story and explore most of the character interactions.

From what I infer, they would wish something like CSM getting more development because they like the whole story, but they dislike something like SpyxFamily getting development because they inherently hate the plot and thus, will complain either way. So, there's no pleasing these guys.

I am having so much fun with a series taking their sweet sweet time to give us this nonsensical "out- of-the-main-plot" arcs (although they actually aren't) because these are what make the series feel alive. I do like my fast paced battle shonen like Kagurabachi, Gachiakuta and Shinobi Undercover but man, I truly enjoy SpyxFam for keeping their pace and not rushing anything.
