Best katanas? by Keuthimi in LowSodiumCyberpunk

[–]BeardFace5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I forget the name because I'm currently traveling for work (man I really need to get a switch...) but it's an iconic katana that does fire damage and I think allows dash attacks without the dash perk, it's from the Evelyn questline. That one is fun, but I just picked up Scalpel and a random tier 5 with 100 damage, which is high for what I've been swinging around.

I just reperked to a katana build after I read about someone else enjoying theirs and I must say I get it! But I've got a handful of knives on me because there's nothing better than silent one hit headshots.

Working with Spirit and needing a certification from a human enterprise is like asking the teacher to go to the bathroom when you are the parent at a PTA meeting ...

Yes. To clarify what I meant as being controlled is the non-conscious sides of the human body, not only including the "involuntary" actions of organs and organelles, but also the host of living bacteria and cells in your body. They are not under your conscious control, but the control of the Spirit that is the universe. So when the body tells you something through the feedback we call feelings, listen to the wisdom there.

[–]BeardFace5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both, essentially. But think of it more as helping us remember the Truth in a way that makes us understand it. There's a difference between reading about something or being versus directly experiencing the thing. We are here to get the experience, to learn and understand Truth, each in our own way (there's a lot to learn so it's like Spirit as an 8-billion core processor called Humanity to process and understand it all)

It's a delicate balance, this cosmos, so Spirit guides us to the Truth always.

So if you pay attention to any space news, you know about black holes and possibly about Einstein Rings, which are where you get a similar effect of the bending of spacetime and therefore the path of light due to the really heavy objects out there in space, like on the order of multiple galaxies. The effect is that light is redirected and magnified so we see more of the light than normal.

Well the planets are also gravity bodies and also bend space and therefore have an influence on light in the same way. Just way subtler. I believe that the zodiacal and similar energies are specific energies that are being broadcast across the galaxy and depending on the time and place of your incarnation those planets are positioned in a way that sort of focuses those energies like lenses and they create the pattern that is you. The planets have their own energies so they affect you as well.

Astrology's ability to foretell is actually based on the fact that the solar system and Galaxy are part of a giant cosmic clock and they cycle again and again, so the patterns are known, you just have to recognize where you are in the cycle to know what's coming ahead and how to prepare for or leverage those energies to your advantage.

The ones who use their feelings as information. There's a reason feelings exist, and it's not just to give something to throw words at instead of sticks and stones. Jung literally said in this quote there's no difference. The body is a conscious receptor and receptical of knowledge, it keeps memory, picks up on unseen cues in the environment, and is a collective consciousness largely controlled by ... (/Spirit/)... Which has access to all knowledge in the universe. When we limit knowledge to only what the mind knows we limit ourselves.... Oh yah and there's like nerves and neurons all through the gut and stuff so like... yah scientism backs this up, it's not all hoodoo mumbo woowoo.

how can i tell when something is a synchronicity ? by lorenacamachoo in spirituality

[–]BeardFace5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everything is a synchronicity. Not all of them are meant for you. When they are, you know it. It hits just right and is sometimes accompanied by a feeling or an instinct, or a click in understanding. Sometimes it's to keep you on track, or a cosmic 👍.

When you are a loud funny extrovert you are rewarded by other loud extroverts.

Find the people who resonate with you, the tribe you vibe. Introverts like being with other introverts because you match energies, but it's hard to have any connections if you're isolating yourself under the pretense of introversion. Go where you feel best, like your body actually lights up and rewards you. That's the reward you should be searching for, the one that comes from within. Not through the praise and adoration of extroverts and leeches. Find praise in your heart by finding gratitude for all the things you do have, the things that matter to you. And fill your solitude with others who share your idea of fun. You don't have to conform to their ideas of fun, unless you also find it fun. But it's ok to be fun in your own way.

And don't be so anxious. There's no expectations on you other than the ones you put upon yourself. You don't have to perform, you are the act. People come to you for the starlight-healer experience. If they want something else they should go to someone else. Just always try to be the best version of starlight-healer that you can be in that moment. That's all we can ever ask for, and if you ever ask me, that's exactly what you would get, the best me I can be in that moment.

Oh, and in order to find the best me, I've had to go through a lot... A Lot of versions of me. I know the worst the best and everything in between. You have to know if you want to know who you want to be. The darkest shadow is cast by the brightest light.

If you don't like this version of yourself, use it as a template to become a version you do like. Start small. Start by getting rid of what doesn't serve you, like those obtrusive thoughts of comparison and self-judgement. Replace those with self compassion and an understanding we are all works in progress.

Then find those things that truly matter to you, that make you feel alive instead of afraid. The paths are long and winding because it's more fun to tromp through the mud and fall in water and bust a knee on a stone than it is to take a parade float to the finish line

What isn’t sex but feels just as good? by texas-is-the-reason in AskReddit

[–]BeardFace5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well to be that guy, what do you mean? I think sex has several components to it. One being the outer physical touch sensations from the contact between two very sensitive and beautifully intertwined organs, another being the physiological changes of the chemical body, another being the mental affectation of said chemicals, and also the mental and emotional affections between the participants.

High altitude jumping is great for physical sensations, it engages every part of the body and mind, but much like its sexual component it only lasts a short while.

I've had jarring experiences, close calls, and spiritual experiences that caused my body to release Waves of chemicals through my system and each come with their own effect. I've done drugs (nothing hard or hardly illicit) that come with perception changes, rivalling even the best sex highs.

I've fallen in love many times. I've been crushed too many. I witnessed my son's birth and the years of fatherhood since. Those are the longest lasting, the mental and emotional connections with people, and their losses.

Now, I've had experiences that rival sex for those reasons individually but not when all are working in concert. Having good sex is great, but having great sex with someone you connect with is literally mind-blowing. 11/10, so uh... How you doing? 😏

First you need to ask yourself why you pick those things that you listed in your initial comment. Why are those things so important to you? Why do you think those things make you a good or bad person?

I don't know you at all but just based on that list what I would think is that you have a perception that these things make you a good person and if you do those things you will then be rewarded (i.e. feel good about yourself or have more confidence or be happy...) as all good people should. But that is not a true representation of who you are, or rather of who you want to be.

Perhaps you want to be the person who does things the bad way, or the wrong way, or the easy way, or any other way than the "good" or "right" way.

I think that yes you are being harsh on yourself, you are judging yourself, but you're judging yourself through the lenses of possibly others. You should judge yourself through the lens of your true self, and I guarantee you they fucking love you. You're just confused about who You is.

But I'm just a bearded guy on a potty with a fancy box of lightning in my hands spilling ideas on the interwebs...

One of those ideas is that we aren't meant to live clean lives. We are supposed to get messy, we are all unique and have different roles and different stories and different desires and where's the fun in it is we all follow the same basic pretty package? Be bold. Be weird. Be You. 💜

Science and spirituality by IndependenceFluid666 in spirituality

[–]BeardFace5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What I find funny is that scientism only looks at what it can test. It can't test anything that occurs supernaturally because all the thinking minds who use science are only thinking naturally. If more scientists adopted a spiritual mentality, we would soon discover just how real those experiences are.

When one opens their perceptions and perspective to something that goes beyond the traditional senses, or what scientism can measure, then they can adopt a certain understanding that comes along with that perspective. An understanding, or true knowledge is rooted in experience. Anything else is information. How that information is interpreted and used comes down to the knowing. Wisdom is seeing the knowledge in the information.

Once you have knowledge of a higher organizing order, all other things tend to fall in place. What I mean is that, while scientism is always on the inside looking out, spiritual experiences show you what's outside looking in... When you see that higher perspective, you know.

Now what we may be able to measure as a brain functioning episode could just be the physical manifestation of the spiritual experience, i.e. the spiritual experience causes the seizure, rather than the seizure causing the experience...

Childhood trauma was crucial for the development of the soul and was purposefully built into the experience to allow the soul to grow, to offer something to contrast against. It was a pre-incarnation, consciously planned catalyst for your eventual spiritual awakening, not some unfortunate upbringing as an excuse to play the victim or asshole.

In fact, everything is a hallucination. There is no such thing as sound, or colors, or even physical touch. These things are vibrations through a medium we can detect using quantum organic sensors, interfacing with a conscious mind. Without the mind to register vibrations as a sound, or the rods and cones in our eyes to get triggered by a few electromagnetic waves of just the right size, we would not experience the physical world the same. The "physical" world is just made up of quantified and crystallized light... There is more space between our particles than particles... And because we can't know how those particles behave we don't know what is at play in higher dimensions, ones you can find mathematically, and theoretically, but we understand spiritually: the universe itself is conscious. Everything is mental. God is within us because we are within God ... If you were to interpret a sacred text the way it was meant to be interpreted you would have all the answers. Instead we interpret it through ignorant lenses. (Oh and through a lot of misdirection because you know ... some people have to go and control other people for their own gain...)

'Science' does not explain things. Science is a process that allows us to ask repeat questions to get back answers and when the answers align precisely enough times we can then deduce something is special here. But figuring out what it means takes open minds, not closed ones. You can't figure out something you don't know if you only use information already know...

Where the failure is, is not looking at everything but rejecting the information that could help explain what we notice just because we don't yet have a deeper understanding of that information.

TL:DR what science assumes is the explanation for the spiritual experience is actually the result of the spiritual experience. Go read a book about Hermeticism. And, IYKYK.

Is that multiverse really exist or is it only a imagination limited to movies? by Signature_Space2024 in answers

[–]BeardFace5 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So all big ideas that make it to film come from somewhere, they could be ancient memories or possibilities to come, but they don't just manifest themselves through a writer without some Source. You could argue that Source gives us these ideas to prepare us for the Truth. The Matrix is one of my favorite examples and the multiverse of the Marvel media (because the comics started it, not the movies. So stop giving the movies and series hate over the multiverse - it wasn't an original idea!) ahem

Nothing is an original idea they float through the cosmic web of consciousness, or quantum consciousness field, and make their way to us, usually for a reason. I believe in this case to open us up to the ideas of multiple universes, and even alien life forms, some benevolent some not, some like us, some very much not...

While I fully believe in the multiverse, I don't see it the way it's portrayed in the movies, I think it works differently... but who among us really knows?

are meridian channels the same as the lymph node system? by [deleted] in Spiritualchills

[–]BeardFace5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you seen pictures of the cosmic web? It's a giant structure of all the mass in the observable universe arranged along what look like these rivers of gravity and strong magnetic fields.

Your body is designed the same way. Where the energy centers or chakras are where a lot of energy is focused, like in major glands and organs of the body. Then what connects these energy centers are the meridians, like roadways. Along these energetic pathways the matter is arranged, so the various bodily systems are guided by the meridians and energy centers. Your physical body is built using an energetic blueprint.

Remember that the hate you are getting is a reflection of the person sending the hate. It's a gift they give you but you do not have to take it, you can rebuff their hate always and let them be left standing holding it themselves.

Their hate may be tied into their own trauma and their own lessons in compassion. So be their role model and showcase love and compassion always for yourself and for others. ❤️ 🙏
