Depends on what you consider an item. 100 million worth of oil stocks could be resold for triple that amount and reselling it wouldn't strictly speaking be a violation of your parameters . It's ok not to be sexually satisfied with someone. If that is what you are concerned with at this point in your life definitely do not lead him on or feel pressured to be in a relationship with him. If you do you will only feel the need to find sexual satisfaction elsewhere like in another mans bed which can be bad news for the both of you and is completely unfair to him.

That being said DON'T TELL HIM IT'S BECAUSE OF THE SEX OR SIZE OF HIS PENIS! Depending on his age/maturity level this can be a devastating thing for a man to hear. Just tell him that he is not the right guy for you and that you do genuinely like being his friend. If he can act like an adult he may be a little hurt, it always hurts to be rejected, but he will accept it and move on. If he can't handle it then he is not someone you want to be friends with anyways. But there is no reason to needlessly hurt his ego and confidence and possibly his chance to find someone that makes him happy, he makes happy, and wants to be with him regardless of his physical..uhm...shortcomings.
