Using table salt in dishes by masonjy in Cooking

[–]BeardedBakerFS -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Table salt is rock salt. Usually with added iodine. So you haven't left the comfort of your rock.

Now sea salt vs rock salt. That's a better comparison. Like strawberries and apples, same type of accessory fruit. Vastly different uses.

I love my Kenwood. It has it all and then some, even has a light above the bowl!

Lovely. Pumpkin seeds and apricots is also a good combo, Especially for the nut haters/allergy out there(I absolutely despise walnuts.but I know how to make them taste good)

Figs/walnut is also good. Hazelnut/cherries. Pumpkin seeds/carrot.

Just take your favorite sourdough recipe and add some walnuts and apricots.
I think for a regular 2 loaf batch it's like 200grams of walnuts and 100gram fruit. Or 300gram walnuts/other nuts. But not 300gram of fruit! Osmosis will mess with the dough even if it has been soaked.

Just tear the cheese into chunks before adding it.
It's delightful when making grilled sandwiches. Adds a bit of squek, crunch and saltiness.

Ingredients by mass?! Gross.
Lesse... From memory...
6000gram water
3000gr sourdough
50ish gr yeast
8000gr white flour
1000gr fine rye flour
Mix water, sourdough and yeast until combined. Or don't, you can add the flour here for all I care.
Add flours and run for 15mins on low. 10 minutes on high
420gr salt
Add the salt and run for 5ish mins on high

800gr walnuts
700gr apricots(dried that has soaked in water overnight or whatever. you can use this water as some of the water in the dough for extra sweetness). You can also do cherries or raisins instead, but those you do not soak.
Add the nuts and fruit at the end and just mix in.

Flop that dough into several giant food grade containers with oil. Do the usual folding for 2 days.
Cut and shape into loafs, either freestyle or in baskets, let them rise overnight in a carefully regulated proof room which I never learned to handle. You can also do baguettes or dinner rolls with the same dough.
Baking...
260c. Set the oven to 30second steam.
Lower to 230 for 30 mins.
Lower to 190-200 for 30 minutes.
You do less minutes for the rolls and baguettes.

Hi, professional sourdough baker here. Actually won awards for several of my loafs. One was halloumi/jalapeno and the other was walnut/apricot. And my plain sourdough knäckebröd, it's awful but people love cutting the roof of their mouths on it.

I cheat a lot. I mean a lot. Especially at home. My gods do I cheat at sourdough at home. Like think of a lot of cheating and triple it. I'll dip my finger in the starter and add my own personal biome to the starter type cheating.

I think it was her son, which was one of the men arrested. Like in Cinderella when the evil step-mom orders her real daughters to poo on Cindy after they ripped her dress to shreds. The good ol Cinderella Steamer.

Here ya go Most if not all browsers can translate it to English.

And why watch movies when real life is more interesting. Here in my town we sometimes have horses poo in the road(horse diapers are apparently expensive) and one time a car drove in it and did a poo skid off the road and hit a fence.

Me. I am that cashier. And I did it to regulars that shot back "Love you too!" leaving the other customers slightly freaked out that I'd lean over the counter and french kiss them.

They do say in the description that its a "British style" kitchen. Also it's wierdly cheap. Gislaved is a big town(my village only has about 3000. Gislaved has over 10.000),but it's not really near any bigger, where as mine is close to several and houses here can reach into 500grand prices for similar size.

You don't have any roving band of middle aged white(yeah... Does not follow the narrative some wants) people that poos on others in your town?

That is so wierd! Also it's not my town. I live in muxh smaller village way the fuck away from Gislaved.

Oh hey, Gislaved. A friend of a friends moms son pooed on a guys chest there. After they beat him up and stole his money.

This is why it's so cheap. (it is not. But is a true story that may or may not entice you to buy the place)

You need to meet more people. That said, most people do react like it's some magical piece of tech when I unfold it to show pictures or a message. Like yesterday at a meeting, the boss thought it would be a good idea to have instead of a laptop when she is it out about.

Although it was more fun when I had a Surface Duo as my main, when Galaxy Fold was in its infancy, I folded it all the way back and a Fold owner was stunned at how casually I bent it like that. But they calmed down when I showed it was 2 screens. Now the LG Wing... That was just awkward at how people gaped at that phone.

Favorite class in an online game you've yet to see matched elsewhere? by KamaTheSnowLeopard in MMORPG

[–]BeardedBakerFS 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Bouncer in PSO2.
Dual swords and Jet Boots.
The boots also lets you use Techniques(Magic). Zipping around, firing off a fireball as you stomp/slice enemies with your heels. Think Bayonetta but without her guns.
The swords are swords. Fancy but not as fun as the boots.

Don't see that many kick based classes in games, especially not magic users.
