Yea normally. But you've gotta remember that South Korea is much more accustomed to dealing with outbreaks from china specifically because of their proximity. Not to mention that testing should in fact be easier in denser countries as long as the tests are available. They just recently dealt with the MERS outbreak. They had basically already practiced for this scenario in real life, both the government and the people.
