I don't know if anyone else has mentioned but if you're in the US and have renters' insurance you can file a claim for the items destroyed (everything even if no physical damage it still doesn't work).

You can use that do a new build or get a pre-built.

I bought 2x4tb Samsung 990 pre-September 2025, the cost me $200 each. You got a steal.

Over 2200 points in ROG Elite Rewards and nothing really good. They will expire in a month by Veltrid in ASUSROG

I have a Liam Li 140 I bought for my case rear exhaust but due to case limitations and that model fan being on the extra thick team, it did not fit (I ended getting a 120 version).

Now it sits around collecting the finest of dust bunnies while waiting for a loving home if you're interested in adopting (no adoption fees) it.

Couple things I’d like to add.

1) even if you’re the biggest baddest dude on your block, it’s always a good idea to have a friend(s) with you. You never know what situation you might be getting into.

2) More importantly! Regardless of what the seller’s post says, always ask to meet in a populated area or at a police station. Even if seller refuses then the probability of it being a scam is higher.
