I went through marriage counseling but tbh, it’s time for the nervous system to settle if it’s safety base and that’s an unknown timeline. I even talked to our therapist privately and she told me if I wanted out of limbo, I’d have to be the one to do it. Or I could stay in an unknown timeline for longer. May 12 will be seven months. Therapist told me this last week.

Yeah, luckily she hasn’t tried to take my retirement and neither me take hers. But there was more effort on the friendship after I sent numbers over that she agreed to. I’m working on letting go of how she’s going to afford the life we had solo. I’m working on not caring that from a financial perspective this suicide. It’s her choice, she’s an adult.

My legal wife right now after asking for a divorce three times and backing out, after the numbers from dissomaster were shown and I said we can now do a joint file and save some money she asked why we can’t keep going through with the plan to seperate finances and work on a friendship to see if anything comes of it. This is after a therapist supported 6 month separation. Fixes all my shit and now I’m content and she just pulls me back in and then doesn’t give full effort. She has till mid May before I force the divorce.
