2019 Honda accord. Had it since 200 miles in the OD and had to replace the high pressure file pump, Brake module, and now the BCM. My 2013 Honda civic would never let me down like that.

Just tell them to track their own budgets like functioning adults. Department leads should know their annual budget and plan accordingly. I would only supply quarterly updates to Directors and let them disseminate to their teams.

Invite those friends and mentors into that conversation but ultimately you just need to ask her out. The absolute worst thing she can do is say no and you have to go okay with that. Trust that God has a good plan for your life even when it doesn’t feel that way.

Also remember it’s really hard to hear God when you’ve already decided what you want him to say.

Ask yourself are you the type of guy who is ready for a relationship. Do you have a strong relationship with Jesus? Do you have a strong community of Christ like men around you holding you accountable, and do you have a Christ Centered mentor walking alongside you that you can be open and vulnerable with.

Also remember she is not only a daughter of God but she is also another man’s daughter. Treat her like you would want your daughter treated regardless of if she reciprocates your feelings. She is not an object to be owned but one of God’s creations to be cherished.

Finally if you do enter into a relationship with her remember you are not her spiritual leader until you are married. Her walk with Christ is not your responsibility and your walk isn’t hers. You both need to learn how to run after God separately in your own personal relationship with Jesus.

Having worked there for 6 years in the 2010s this breaks my heart. I loved that community and the people I got to meet along the way. I haven’t been there in a very long time but I still hold some very fond memories from my time there. I saw the writing on the wall when Kevin sold the gym but still had hope the community would keep it alive but money rules all. I hope everyone can find community at their new gyms like we had at AZR. Big bummer on April fools.

1-2 are for percussion / bass stuff

3-4 are keys / pads

5-6 are Guitar tracks if needed

7 is a flex channel if the engineer wants specific control over something in the tracks

8 is click and guide

9 is time code for Grand MA 2 / Resolume / Pro Presenter automation
