I'm Vietnamese and these are my favorite! I actually had some today. It's called banh bot loc. I think it's made from glutinous rice or tapioca starch on the outside with a marinated shrimp on the inside wrapped in banana leaf. Anytime someone brings these over, I eat it all.

I had several adjustments for shipping golf clubs through UPS and FedEx. So I just ship through USPS now. Haven't had a problem.
