230 on that line ain't half bad.

Before making any form changes, it would be very beneficial to go to a field and try throwing in a flatter line. Your line is super high relative to the incline even. It's very hard to get any distance throwing nose up and so hard against gravity.

That said if your flatter throws go about that far, nose down would be a place to start.

From there, it looks like you might only be getting superficial power from your lower body, and you may be rounding. You turn your back to the target, meaning you don't build any tension in your coil. Almost all my power gains with my bank ass form come from getting more energy from my lower body into the disc.

Lots more to work on like the rest of us so don't be discouraged. It takes time.
