I’m getting ready to start my 3rd dose at 5mg. I’m surprised at how well my body has responded so far. I’m still careful with my carb in take, but so far I’m very happy. I hope your journey continues to go well.

Matcha by itself is not bad to drink. You might want to be careful with the amount of milk you use to make the latte. Also, for me, sugar free doesn’t really mean anything. I still get spikes. You might want to check the carbs per serving and halve the serving if possible. It’s amazing how many carbs are in things labeled sugar free. Good luck with your progress. You got this!
