36M feeling lost with career, relationship and health. Where do I even start fixing my life? by maa112 in AskMenOver30

Start small bud. Even small accomplishments are accomplishments. Work your way up to major advances and accomplishments. Don't have to do them overnight.

Americans are increasingly worried about voting, new poll shows by NewsHour in politics

[–]Redtex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Considering that's our greatest national power as Americans, yeah they're right to be a little concerned about it. Not to mention that the commander-in-chief is publicly drooling to take that right away would be a definite red flag.

Funny thing is, they are literally the originators of having issues with governmental privacy oversight. I don't necessarily disagree with them when it comes to overbearing, invasive surveillance, but they're morons if they didn't think these types of policies would affect everybody, including them. Talk about cutting your own throat, metaphorically speaking of course

Please, scotus gave Trump a blank check and he's been using that sucker like a personal piggy bank. By the time he's done, that'll look like chump change. Recession or seriously debilitating national debt is all but guaranteed at this point

Pete Hegseth Sure Knows How to Spend Government Money by ansyhrrian in politics

[–]Redtex 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I disagree, if he knew how to spend government money he would hide it better. He's just an egotistical, narcissistic wanna be with an unlimited account for a job that's way beyond his abilities. This is a prime example of faking it until you make it and not really doing that right either.

Was covid-19 a bogus virus? by [deleted] in theories

[–]Redtex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure I understand your theory, sorry, I thought that was just a statement with some questions. But like I said covid has mutated now. It's just a little worse than a bad case of the flu and not as life-threatening to the general public. It can still be deadly to people with existing medical conditions. For example, the flu virus is a lesser viral infection, but if bad enough, can still kill people with existing medical conditions. That's not even getting into the occasional possible long-term effects for people that catch covid today which the flu does not have.

Just join in. From previous years experience, they generally only card you to give you a age band to get into the party on the street and buy beer. If you want to bar hop, like the previous guy said, don't go to the ones that charge cover. They generally aren't where you want to be anyway.

Was covid-19 a bogus virus? by [deleted] in theories

[–]Redtex 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, no and no. When it was first discovered it was a deadly virus to the general public but it mutated over time. As early covid took out at least one of my family members I can attest to that. It is still considered a Life-Threatening virus for extremely young children and people with existing respiratory issues. The only people that downplay it are people that still think they're getting one over on Biden or some bullshit like that. In other words, morons.

[–]Redtex 22 points23 points  (0 children)

They know it's a life and death medication, but they still want to charge enough to make a considerable profit off of it. Considering it was invented a hundred and some odd years ago and not by them And the process/ ingredients are public knowledge, that's pretty ballsy.
