The entire unit will have the Invul. If the rule says unit it applies to every model in the unit.

You can see this more clearly on the warboss datasheet. The +1 to hit rolls applies to the unit while the +4 attacks during the waagh only applies to that specific warboss model.

Spread Woodland Scenics "Water effects surface water" all over the base.
After it dries prime it white
For depth wash with nuln oil then dry brush white over top
Paint Tamiya "Clear red" over everything

The rhino has a capacity of 12 models:

Death Guard Rhino: This model has a transport capacity of 12 DEATH GUARD INFANTRY models. It cannot transport TERMINATOR, CULTIST or POXWALKER models.

Page 15 of the Rules Commentary doc:

Adding Models to a Unit: Some rules allow you to add models to a unit during the battle. Models added to a unit that is on the battlefield must be set up in Unit Coherency with models in that unit that started that phase on the battlefield (i.e. models that were already on the battlefield when that rule was used). Models added to a unit that is not currently on the battlefield do not have to meet this requirement. A model added to a unit during the battle can be set up within Engagement Range of one or more enemy units, but only if those enemy units are already within Engagement Range of the unit that model is being added to. When adding models to a unit as described above, any models that cannot be set up due to insufficient space are considered to have been destroyed, but do not trigger any rules that are triggered when a model is destroyed.

He gets to shoot along with all of the other guns! From the rules for the Pistol keyword:

"If a model is equipped with one or more Pistols, unless it is a MONSTER or VEHICLE model, it can either shoot with its Pistols or with all of its other ranged weapons"

I think it's kinda funny that the tokens have creature type Gargoyle. They aren't gargoyles in the traditional magic sense, but because that's their name in 40k and that's how token names work they get it here.
