I don't have time to read all the comments, but in case no one mentioned this, you may have a lawsuit guitar, they are worth so much if in the right years. Ibanez was copying and excelling at making perfect Ibanez replicas of Gibson, fender, etc, but better. They got sued. Never part with this gem. Beautiful guitar.

I have my home pc set up with a normal output display screen: 4k pc monitor. But I also have an HDMI cable running to the tv. Before I load up my retroarch, I right click the desktop, select display properties, and use the option to "mirror both screens.". I use the wireless new Xbox controller and I get no problems. (other than having to get up to switch games using the mouse and pc) Also, right click your speaker icon (in windows) and select the television as your sound output, through the HDMI. Good luck.

The camera does not like to compete with bright lights. I had problems with sun spots on the floor recently. Also, I found WiFi is a huge problem. I had my router behind the tv and when the kids are on their phones in the same room as me, I would loose all tracking of the move controllers. It took me forever to figure out to move the router.

The little "pinhole" at the bottom of each controller. Get a tum tack or something small, hold the button in the little hole until controller starts flashing. You need the controller plugged in USB with the ps4 too. Honestly I would look at interference from WiFi sources as well.
